Had a Bay window installed about 4 years ago. There is a stationary center window with windows on each side that open. The window on the left side has a broken lock and will not close completely. It's been that way all winter causing me to place plastic over it to help keep the cold out. We have been trying for 6 months to get it repaired without success. One of the owners was at the house looking at it and said it was an easy fix but never returned and doesn't respond to our calls. This company doesn't stand by the products they use.

When the owner Mark and his team visited our house, their number one concern was giving us the sunroom we dreamed about.
