I have been working with E smith contractors for almost a decade on many projects up and down the east coast, the most recent of those projects was in the Washington DC market. One thing that has stood out to me is that they do business the right way, projects are on time and more importantly on budget. If there are ever any changes to the scope of work, they are always very transparent about any potential delays. Being in the construction industry for 3 decades myself, I must say that you don’t often find general contractors that handle their business so well.
E. Smith Contractors was one the first construction clients that I supported in CNY. I was very impressed with the internal culture, level of professionalism, and integrity of this firm.
