We were pleased with the exterior painting of our house by this contractor. They were fairly neat in what they did, good on cleanup both at the end of the workday at the end of the job and addressed most of all of the touch up and cleanup details before our final walk through. Only a couple of very minor over paint issues remained at the end, but their promised return to address these areas after 5 days (including a weekend and holiday) has not yet occurred. The job took several days longer than estimated, but in all fairness to the contractor, most (all?) of the additional time could probably be attributed to some bad weather.
I had 5 quotes for the job, 2 of which were well below the rest. The remaining 3, including this contractor, were surprisingly within $300, so we were comfortable with the CertaPro quote.
Update- reduced rating to 4 star. After review was submitted, got a follow up note from CertaPro indicating that they would get contractor out to address overpaint area. After 5 days, contractor never showed up. I resolved the over paint area myself, so the fix was not onerous. Why taint such a nice job with the lack of the promised follow up?

Recently had the CertaPro team come out to help me with some painting projects, including stripping and staining doors, door jambs, a bannister, and also painting exterior brick and fireplace. The guys were prompt, professional, and great communicators.
Alex the Sales Rep came out the day after I requested a quote and really understood the scope of the project well. The quote was very reasonable for the scope of work that was being done.
Lorne the Project Manager was fantastic to work with - communicative and helpful with scheduling around the rough weather we get up here.
Chris was the lead painter and is a master of his craft - he took the time to get every detail done beautifully. The bannister has some intricate spindling but he worked wonders on it. Kayson and Eric did a great job sanding down the doors and also did a great job on the exterior brick.
I highly recommend this crew for any painting projects that you have in your home. The attention to detail is spectacular and the guys were very friendly and professional.

You’ve heard of Larry Curley and Mo. Well we had Kyle Jake and Joel. Three guys funny, friendly and awesome at what they do. I will remember them for a while. CertaPro cam to howlett hill; did the painting nicely and left my house looking better than they arrived thank you guys. Awesome jo

Very unhappy with our experience with this company. They started with the wrong sheen on the house. They over sprayed on trim & windows. On our garage you can still see some of the other color they painted over. They told us they would be doing 3 coats & we barely got 1. There was paint all over the ground & our deck. They never used 1 drop cloth. They left a mess. When they left the extra paint they left a rolling brush in the bucket of paint. I would never recommend them!!!

Certa Pro painters are a top notch company! Daryl with a phenomenal quote, Loren scheduling and checking in and final walk through. Especially appreciated Steven this guy was so thorough and kept me updated everyday on his progress and what he was going to do the next day! Unbelievable work absolutely stunning! He had helpers throughout, everyone I encountered was professional and made this experience wonderful! Entire first floor of my house ceilings, walls, trim and doors.
