Brophy's cleaned our office carpets and we could not be happier. We were told to manage our expectations as our carpets had not been cleaned in several years. The results are superb, and while some staff may need to find an alternate wayfinding system back to their workstations, we are quite happy the coffee stains have vanished.

Brophy services must be really damned good IMO. They have great right ups, 150 dedicated employees and even have their own cleaning vans!That says A LOT about a commercial cleaning company's reputation. Plus, there are some very excellent reviews for this company. We prefer our in-house custodial crew because we have total control over their time on the clock. But if ETA ever does switch, we'll definitely give Brophy services a call. And, I've head good things about this company. Mike

I just want to rave about this company for a little bit. I spoke with someone last Thursday May 18th. I was having issues with a kitchen project floor I was renovating and I had debris I couldn't get out of the vinyl floor cracks and grooves in the tile. I tried everything and so did the home owner I even called a bunch of cleaning companies. I spoke with someone from Brophy Services who said he would come take a look today. They sent someone Monday the 22nd and he solved the issue in less than 2 hours, this had been a serious problem for the home owner and myself for 2 months.
