I came to Syracuse to train in orthopedic massage treatment at Ascend. The owner is an amazing woman who is an exceptional therapist and body worker. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking for help with aches pain or joint mobility issues.

Tess is a thoughtful and inspired massage therapist whom has helped me in various moments of different levels of injuries… helping my body coax itself back to wellness. Old shoulder problems, TMJ, new collarbone and shoulder problems, painfully tight hip flexors… Tess educates and explains along the way which I love. She will even teach you methods to continue massaging a problematic areas, teaching how to isolate the muscle in question. I highly recommend.
