The job was refinishing our hardwood kitchen floor (October 2023). The communication was very good, with written guidelines for preparation, what to expect, etc. They seemed to be juggling a lot of jobs, but did get back quickly in response to my inquiries. I like dealing with local owner/workers like Justin and Lacie. They were courteous and also businesslike (e.g., billing). Three coats were done in 3 workdays and the floor looks like new. I did not compare prices but their price and timeframe met my expectations. I would definitely recommend and will hire them for future jobs.

There’s a reason 315 has nothing but 5 star reviews. I have never dealt with a more professional company. I texted them for an estimate and received a response within minutes. The text reply contained every piece of information you could possibly need. The communication throughout the entire job was unbelievable. They answer your questions before you can even ask them!! The pricing was competitive, the owners were friendly and extremely knowledgeable and I can’t stress enough how well they communicated every step of the way. I was incredibly blown away by how transformative their work would be for my house. I knew that we were working with (in the front room especially) some older floors that had seen better days, but I didn't expect for the new stain to come out so well!Lacie was very communicative in the process of scheduling, pricing, and answering all questions. Justin is personable, candid, and someone I can tell is proud of the work he does and the happiness he brings to people's lives.
