They are the friendliest staff I have met in any doctors office medical office. Everybody’s friendly from the people that work the front counters to the nurses aids to the nurses. They explain what they’re doing. They explain what you know. You could have a side effects so you fully feel you’re ready to have this procedure and you don’t feel uncomfortable unlike what’s gonna happen they watch to make sure you’re not getting side effects they don’t rush you. I go to Vivo every few months for a shot of a cholesterol lowering medication. Everyone who works here is so lovely. Super kind and friendly. I always know that I’ll enjoy my time here! Plus they have snacks!!
THE BEST!!! Just had my 3rd treatment at this location and could not be happier with their professionalism and efficiency. I’m a very difficult stick (typically) and they have me so relaxed and get my vein every time 🙏🙏🙏
