This is a great school and the instructors are amazing! I go to a different school but come here to train sometimes and it still feels like family. Great classes and great instruction!

This school and the instructors are amazing. They not only teach martial arts but the life lessons they teach the kids along with respect and living a disciplined life is great as well.My sons self confidence has grown along with his strengthI highly recommend the Syosset school to anyone looking to train in martial arts from an adult to a kid

I can't say enough about Tiger Schulmann's Syosset. I've been a proud student for over 15 years now. I credit Shihan Nick Gravina, his instructors and the format of classes there, with changing my health trajectory...and therefore my life. If you're like me and need some outside motivation to jump start and help maintain your consistency in working out, there is no better place. You get out of this what you put into it....at the bare minimum, it is the BEST workout around...AND if you want to learn how to develop some self-defense/fighting skills, there's an unlimited opportunity to do so!
