Mortgage Brokers near Suffern picked by BestProsInTown
“We can’t say enough great things about our Mortgage Broker, Kim Donnelly. She went above and beyond on everything. She was extremely kind, patient and very professional. Her commitment to helping us was extraordinary. We would highly recommend her!”
“This is the reason you work with a local lender rather than a Big Bank for a mortgage. Eric Lourenco, Malak Zaleski-Laba, and the team at Bond St Mortgage were incredible—available directly anytime I needed someone, flexible and knowledgeable to support our VA Loan and the complexities it brings, compassionate and accommodating when things with the close started going sideways…I could not have asked for better support. Eric even called me *as he left to the hospital for the birth of his child* to assure me everything was in order and that our loan processing was underway. When all was said and done—our processing, funding, and closing was on time and well executed. They educated me along the way and made sure I was always ahead of anything needed. Rates were spot on, and the fees were less than any of the Big Banks I’d shopped with. If you’re looking for a bespoke experience rather than being treated like just another loan application—Eric, Malak, and the team at Bond St Mortgage should be who you call!”
“What I liked about his work was that it gets straight to the point! I am very grateful to Efraim and his assistant for all their support during the purchase of my home. They were both very professional, attentive, and always willing to answer my questions. Thanks to their dedication and excellent work, the process was clear and hassle-free. I recommend them with complete confidence.”
