Caroline and Marjory are always so welcoming and are just all around awesome. Marjory always makes my hair look beautiful and clearly knows what she's doing!Caroline is super creative and I literally always LOVE my nails. I'm very indecisive so I pretty much always just trust her judgement and she has never once done something that didn't look beautiful. She has such an eye for what colors go well together, and thinks of the coolest ideas. The quality of her work is also great. I've literally gone a month before needing to have my nails redone at Gloss.

I went in for the first time after seeing all the good reviews. Caroline was friendly and very welcoming. I didn’t like the color I got the first time around and I called her to change the color. She gave me a different nail color free of charge to make sure I was satisfied before I left for vacation. I highly recommend this place!

Caroline killed it as always. For background I am a guy with medium brown hair, Caroline always knows exactly what bleaches and toners to use to get me to my perfect shade of silvery goodness. Aside from the great hair results. She is always very accommodating and provides great conversation and laughs. Love the ambiance of the salon and would recommend to anyone. I can't say enough good things about my experiences with Gloss.
