Charnie was an amazing doula. I couldn't have done the whole process, starting from the 9th month preparations and questions leading into the birth, without her. She was extremely comforting , hard working and dependable. Really outstanding. I'm so thankful.
From the second we decided to start our journey together with Charnie, she went above and beyond. She made sure we were informed and confident going into birth. When we had any questions any time of day (or night) they were answered in a patient and timely fashion. Once it was time she was there in any way I needed. She set up the room perfectly for an ideal birthing atmosphere with low lights and calming music. There was even a diffuser dispersing a soothing scent into the room. Everyone on the medical team that walked in, immediately commented on what a positive environment I was birthing in.
