I live Charles landing south in indain head MD management and maintenance needs to be fired. I got a heat problem and nothing is happening they come in an turn the heat up an leave. We need new management and maintenance man. he hides we got two empty here nothing been cleaned. This a bad company to be renting from. They don't care about the residents it's all about the money

Current tenant right now and I am currently struggling to keep a humane living space for me and my children. I have Mold that has been painted over while other mold areas have been ignored. I was told that they can not call it mold but will not look further into it. I have a 20 year old air conditioner that they refuse to replace rather they wipe it off and tell me 80 degrees is normal. I am currently waiting right as I write this review for my air conditioner to get patched up for the 100th time yet no one has showed up and probably will not show. Unfortunately, they never answer my phone calls and never return them. I leave a detailed message and my phone number, but they have never responded. Time for a new management company.
