Fantastic. Absolutely professional and available. Saved two of my pets with superior knowledge. Felt comfortable with him and did not feel like they were trying to use my animals as a way to extort more money like other vets I've been to.

Dr. Rice is very nice and knowledgeable. He lays your options out on the table. We took our dog who was 13 with a large mass on her face. We thought it was an abcess, but it grew too fast and turned hard. He told us it was probably cancer. He gave her a course of ATB and painkillers to appease us, but it continued to grow, so we ended up putting her to sleep.

Riley, our 5 year old Aussie had his teeth cleaned for the first time at 7 AM today, and out by 9 AM. The cleaning was supposed to be $350 and after Dr. Rice assessed his teeth he said they were surprisingly clean for the most part and only charged us $150. That’s unheard of! He’s not our regular vet (only because of the distance), we do go to Jamestown veterinary clinic. Since Dr Hoyt left, we’re stuck with the rude veterinarian, Scott. Outside of giving vaccines when they’re needed, we will be going to Dr. Rice.
