I went in just to get my gel polish removed, and it turned into the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I told them multiple times that the gel needed to be properly soaked off, but they wouldn’t listen. Instead, they took a tip nail, shoved it between the gel and my natural nail, and ripped the gel off. My nails were left brutal, cracked, frail, and brittle — and this is especially disappointing because I naturally have very strong nails.
When I spoke up and said they were hurting me, I was completely ignored. I even said something directly to the owner, and while I was trying to explain what had happened, she picked up not one but two phone... read full review

Had appointment for pedicure at 10 am didn’t even get started until almost 10:50 do not recommend at all not professional!! They did not care that I had appointment, they wasted my time and then wanted to service me almost an hour later…

I called earlier in the week to make an appt for Friday at 4 for a pedicure. When i arrived 10 minutes early they told me the appt was actually set for 4:15 which was not mentioned over the phone. Then they set the appt as a manicure instead of the pedicure i asked for. They confirmed my number in the appt book but didn't bother to mention what the confusion or mistake was on their end. So after waiting patiently for 15 minutes i walked out!!
