Our 11yo Chocolate Lab (who is very sweet but oftentimes quite an anxious boy) just got back from a stay here. We were away visiting family for two weeks and while we missed him greatly, we never had to worry about his care. Anytime I checked in to see how things were going, Karen responded promptly (in addition to her reaching out to check in with us). It was obvious he was well cared for and that he was enjoying his stay (complete with his beloved zoomies in their fenced in yard).
When he got home you could tell he was happy to be back but did not present with the typical anxiousness or over-excitedness a pet may have where you have to make sure they don’t eat or drink too fast so they don’t make themselves ill.
We are so, so happy with the care he received and will absolutely bring him back the next time we need to board him.
