I recently visited Lin Yumi’s Nail Salon for the first time, and I had mixed emotions about my experience. When I called ahead, the lady on the phone was incredibly sweet, which made me excited to give this place a try. However, once I arrived, the atmosphere completely changed—I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a welcomed customer.

I've been going to this place for years and cant speak about the authenticity of some of the bad reviews/experiences but I've never had a problem with service or bad results. Calling ahead and scheduling an appointment definitely helps. One time my nail cracked (my fault) but I called them up and they fixed it up for me for free.
Brought my wife and family here and we had a very good experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and learned that Lin has over 25 years of experience in this space. Wife had a manicure whilst me and my kids had some nice foot massages and pedicures.
