This is a great construction company. They helped us renovate a house badly damaged in a fire and we now have the nicest house in the neighborhood -- by far. Whatever problem they came across -- and what major renovation doesn't come across a number of surprises -- they knew exactly how to handle it. Glenn is a hands-on GC who knows the best tradesmen in the area. He's great at communication and built us a high-quality home. You might find a company as good as Glenn Smith Construction. You won't find one that's any better.
