“I have been to 5 Doctors. Two Neurologists. Dr Whiteman was the first to diagnose my problem and to thoroughly explain it.She gave me path forward. I am excited to start working on this solution and be pain free after years! I felt relief right after my session.”
“Jesse's experience as a massage therapist always impresses me. Her assessment skills are attuned. She hears my concerns and builds a plan with me for how we will spend the time in session. Her hands are extensions of her amazing combination of intuition and knowledge. I appreciate that by the time I leave a massage with her, she has dissolved my distress. Jesse has the capacity to be flexible and let's me 'zone out' and breath rather than being very chatty. I would say 'melting' is a good way to explain how she helps me help her let the volume of my muscle tension go. I have had multiple whiplash accidents as well as head injuries and my body trusts her from my many experiences with her co-creating the path we take with what I present in a session.”
“How lucky we are to have a 24 hour gym in town! I primarily lift weights and they have a good variety of equipment in that department. I only go in the early morning and find it to be not too crowded. Since I go during unstaffed hours I mostly deal with staff via email. Which are courteous and prompt. My only wish is that they add another cable crossover machine. I always recommend Ignite for folks looking to get a membership to a local gym.”
