Jose was absolutely fantastic. He was so helpful and explained everything to me. Even brought me over to show me my break pads. I absolutely recommend these guys! They’re great!
rolled over a nail and needed a plug repair. Jose was very friendly and helpful in getting that taken care of. Service was super quick and Jose along with Dustin took the time to explain exactly what happened and why we needed a new tire. They walked us through the different tires to consider and were so patient with us deciding which way to go. Once we decided on the tire they took no more than 10 minutes to get the new tire on!! Jose and Dustin - we appreciate y’all so much! Highly recommend and we will def go back for any other tire issues!
I recently had to visit Mavis in Stone Ridge a couple of times in about a two-month span. First was when my wife’s tires had blisters from pot holes, then when my truck had a burning smell coming from the rear, and then when I ran over an s-hook on the road and it punctured my tire. They were very professional and courteous, and did an excellent job each time. Mavis can also fix more than just tires so I can use them in the future if I need to. Thank you to Jose and his team for all your help.
