3rd times a charm! 100% trustworthy. Just took my fiancé’s car to get the brake pads replaced, and they didn’t try to convince me to get new rotors… instead, they said I only needed front pads. Amazing, I wouldn’t have balked if they said all 4 needed replacement. They suggested that flushing the brake fluid wouldn’t be a bad idea since the car is at 50,000 miles, no pressure to do it and a suggestion totally in line with routine maintenance… they did it quickly and inexpensively. Came in during a small snow storm. Staff looked ready for any task that I was coming in with my vehicle. They were able to contact their local parts vendor and get the parts needed for my car. The manager was very helpful and so was his assistant. The tire team they have work in haste to swap out my tie rods, new tire, and alignment. The wait time to me felt the most minimum. I will for sure be a new customer going forward.
The nicest, thoughtful, helpful shop ever!! We had a pre-existing tire issue with a new car. They came up with a good solution, were very patient and helpful in dealing with the warranty issues. Love those guys.
