These guys are incredible!!! I called them late this morning with a time critical surprise need for a pump-out and official inspection that we found out at the 11th hour was required by the mortgage bank. Closing was in danger of being delayed (and possibly the whole sale could have fallen through). Sarah (office manager) and John (owner and inspector) rearranged their schedule and did the work that afternoon! I got the report by close of business, and our house sale was saved!!!!
