Something had come undone that was installed by Hometown plumbing. I called on a Monday morning early and Hometown Plumbing had someone out to my house at noon to correct it at no charge! Were even accommodating as my wife and I were working and we were able to have someone we know meet the plumber at the house. Fantastic service!

After being without water for 17 days, Jay came out within 24 hours of my call to Hometown Plumbing. We'd been trying to reach the company who serviced our system previously, but they were less than 'superior' and never returned my multiple calls and messages. Jay was a lifesaver and diagnosed the issue with my well pump and line and fixed it quickly. I'll be using him for all plumbing needs going forward, for sure!
