Bring a lunch,4th time coming to this location on Dunkirk. I would say the experience is worse then the D.m.v. The wait time to pick up materials is just as long as the line on space mountain in Disney worldNot 1 smiling face in the room. .no one even greets the customers.,you have to open the window yourself.
You can't go wrong. They have great customer service. They a wide range of tiles and ceramic selections at every price point possible. I've used this company for my remodeling business for over a decade.
Do Not Purchase Tile from here unless you research it first!!! We purchased almost $10,000 worth of tile from Nemo, after it was installed we noticed that the tile looked like there was grout haze all over it. After several attempts to clean the tile and nothing working, we spoke to our contractor who told us that this type of tile causes a haze when exposed to natural light!!! It was not grout haze like we thought! Something that was never explained to us by Nemo Tile when we purchased it! They were so eager to make a big sale and take our money that they failed to mention this very IMPORTANT detail to us!!!! How convenient!!! This tile should of never been sold to us, this tile is only meant for elevators, lobbies, hallways, anywhere that does not have natural light coming in! If you look at this tile in the show room its beautiful and shiny, of course because there is no direct sunlight coming in to show this imperfection! It is wisely placed in the back of the store (so make sure you take your tile outside to look at it before purchasing it!) We then contacted the Technical Manager who was useless!!!! Zero personality as well as arrogant!!! Got no where with him!! They don't care about having good customer relations all they care about is selling you tile and moving on to the next customer they can get over on. Therefore, after spending so much money I have to look at a tile that looks dirty until the sun goes down!! Nemo took zero accountability and did not want to compensate us for anything!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!! I wish there was an option to pick No Stars thats what they deserve!
