Very friendly atmosphere, the people in the shop and the people coming in. Some just wanted to say Hi � whenever I’m in NY I will definitely go back.

It's a really good place for a number of reasons. Sure, you're going to get a great cut and have your edges lined up properly. And yes, economy is coming onto Hollis Ave because of the clients who frequent the establishment. People are working. Knowledgeable hair technicians have an opportunity to demonstrate their skills. But what's more is the shop doubles as a touch stone for those who have left Hollis to reconnect and feel welcome where we grew up. Deb, the owner, is extremely gregarious. She takes care of biz, but makes her shop warm and inviting for people to chill, the old timers and those who are new to Hollis. It's like "Cheers." Good to go somewhere where folks know your name and are glad you came.
