During my second service appointment, I returned two days later due to chipping gel polish on both thumbs and small bubbles on my index finger. Upon returning, the technician reapplied the polish to four nails; however, the polish is still chipping, and my index finger now has a noticeable lump. I am dissatisfied with the technician's work.

I never have the same tech twice but I guess I'm too much of a newbie. So far I've been lucky to get great techs, especially the ladies. Kind and friendly staff. No heated towels but a huge selection of colors and designs with latest trends. Getting a little pricey so be careful of the additional $5 here or there, they add up. All in all a good experience ...

It’s pretty nerve racking to try a new nail salon but they were really great and reasonably priced. The matte finish was $5 extra so my total was $48 not including a tip.My update is that the manicure didn’t last. I had three nails break within a week, and when I requested a different manicure at for my second set, I broke 4 nails within a week. I’m kind of bummed, because the location was convenient. As far as cleanliness goes, I started to pay attention that they weren’t cleaning files or nail stations and that was a bit disappointing.
