Things just didn't work out 4 us . A consumer beware , check out contractors thoroughly before hiring . Many many flaws in our build . Would not recommend . Due your homework as to not make mistake I did . Still today fixing B&B's awful workmanship . We are so tremendously disappointed ? . Brand new build that hasn't stopped being repaired 4 almost 6 yrs now . Really wish I had never called this man 4 our dream build . My back & patience is broken ? due to original shabby workmanship. Now ceiling drywall seams are popping & look like hell . Research before hiring , mistake I made . Was still not completed after almost 3 years , shoulda known just with that .
