I've been a customer of this service for well over 3 years. Despite a change in their booking policy (they asked that you submit payment 24 hours ahead of your service, then it moved to 5 days ahead of your service) and their questionable customer service, I enjoyed my cleaning lady. Last year we rescheduled a last minute service because we tested positive for COVID. Today, we tried to reschedule 24 hours ahead of our schedule because my husband has the flu. We were not asking for a refund, only that we are able to move the appointment back by one week. The customer service person told us that we could NOT reschedule and we would NOT be issued a refund. When we pushed back (because we were actually doing the right thing in making sure that we quarantined) they told us that we could reschedule but we would have to pay 50% of the service fee. For what? After being a customer for over 3 years, we've only rescheduled once. One time. We had a recurring monthly appointment, which obviously meant nothing to them because they chose not to be flexible and do the right thing. Keep your sanity. There are so many other companies who have ethics and morals when it comes to operating a business.

I’ve used this company twice & the cleaners always show up late. The service was so so but I figured I’d be supportive. However, I find the owner or contact person to be rude & unprofessional & that's a deal breaker for me. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.Service: Cleaning
