Went to Refuah for a horrible chronic viral chest infection and cough for help. Was prescribed a steroid pack for relief, and when I picked it up at CVS, I was amazed at how badly Refuah (NOT CVS) SCREWED UP. STAY AWAY FROM REFUAH. Pharmacist at CVS said REFUAH CONSTANTLY MAKES MISTAKES WITH MEDICATIONS!!!!

Terrific place if you like never being called back, waiting over a month for prescription and long wait times anytime you call any department. Complete disregard for patients needs.

I came for vaccine with my relative who doesn't speak English very well. I overheard one of the men working there complaining that "in America, people should speak the American language." Something like this. Sorry dear but unless you're speaking Algonquin or something, you're not speaking the original language of this land. Disgusting customer service. There was 1 girl who was very sweet but I went back yesterday and found out that she was no longer working at reception. Why are these people working in health care if they can't even offer human decency? Honestly embarrassing establishment. Seems like they cater to a specific nationality and religious group.....
