I went there for my covid shot. I will say that for some reason they had a good supply and responded to my enrollment quickly. I was contacted within the week that I was authorized and made an appointment. Parking and location is good but organization is not great. I was not asked the usual covid questions and was sent to the elevator, On the 5th floor is a large staging area and nobody direction anybody. The staff was friendly but seemed short staffed. After the vaccine you are asked to remain for 15 minutes to watch for a reaction. This is a good idea but honestly there is nobody watching you in case you have a problem. Seems like a place with a lot of potential

Waiting for 10 minutes just to check in for an appointment. When you call it takes a while to get to speak to a person...I had an appointment with one doctor at 9:45 .when I arrived they let me know that the doctor is not coming in. Now I'm waiting for over a half an hour to see another doctor. Let's see how much longer it will take. No one to complain or to talk to. They don't care about there patients. All they care is about there pocket. I have insurance that covers almost everything but I still get bills.

like the place Phenomenal service, had my glasses ready next day, good system set up no long wait for pick upif you come for new glasses don't come last hour to closing more likely to be very busyunbeatable prices HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDP.S. i saw that mon.& tue. they are open late 9 till 9!!
