About Planned Parenthood - Spring Valley Center
Planned Parenthood - Spring Valley Center is a friendly and helpful clinic. The staff are nice and make patients feel comfortable and less nervous, especially when discussing birth control pills. They take their time to explain everything clearly and double-check important information like medications. Dr. Savannah is highly appreciated for her caring attitude and thorough explanations. Most staff members are kind and attentive, providing good advice and answering questions. However, there was an instance where a receptionist was rude and rushed during a phone call. Overall, the center offers supportive care with caring professionals, making it a place patients trust and return to.
Dr. Savannah was very helpfull, she listen to my concerns. She took her time and she also explain everything step by step. The nurce was excelent i didnt even feel the needle. Dr. Savannah is an angel.

Not sure why this place has 3 stars. All of the staff I talked to were very nice and friendly and they made me feel a lot more comfortable and less nervous, especially about birth control pills. They gave me good advice and were able to answer all of my questions and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. They were also constantly double checking that my information was correct, especially my medications which is very important and I appreciated it. I would definitely come back again if I needed anything else.
Never had an issue with any of the receptionists in fact they were always so helpful and kind. Today I called and I was on hold for 20 minutes even more and I honestly don’t mind but after waiting for some time, one of the receptionist was so rude for absolutely no reason. I explained my concern and asked why I was denied for a refill and I just received an attitude in every response she gave. Even towards the end of the call, she kept rushing every question I had.
