This company owner wanted me to wait until there's a leak inside before any repairs can be totally done. If there's the visibility of the watermark it means something needs to be done to stop bigger problems. Does not want to receive texts as it is proof of negligence.

Never use this service, you'll be left waiting around with no resolution to your situation. I was told to wait for a leak from the roof before any repairs can be done, at which time it will cost you soooo much money.
