Dr Gordon is very professional. he did very thorough exam. he answered all my concerns or questions with detail and with patience. very humble, patience dr. I took my children too. I was very pleased with his work. i will highly recommend him.

I had an issue with the lenses in one of two pairs of glasses that I purchased in the Bronx. The Bronx manager only checked to make sure that the lenses matched my eye exam results. The manager at the Spring Valley location took about 15 minutes with my glasses and constantly checking them. She explained the way the lenses were placed in the frames is what caused an issue in my sight. I forgot her name but she was absolutely wonderful, thorough, patient and incredibly helpful.
