Pauls Cleaners

Today I went to pick up my dry cleaning.While checking my shirt, I learned that they have burned my shirt on the sleeves . I was very upset to see this. The manager was very rude, nasty and showed no respect to the customer. The service was horrible and no one should be spoken to this way. Why would someone go to a place that show a lack of service or concern. We have plenty of dry cleaners in the area that will respect their customers.

Everything was pressed nicely but the clothes came back covered in black hairs, the buttons were discolored, and EVERYTHING smells like a dog that just came back from the groomers....

Thanks a lot. $55 to smell like a dog.
