Started working with Martell Builders in 2017. We envisioned a home that underwent several changes in design and location - but Alec was extremely helpful and patient at every step of the process. In 2019 we purchased property and began the construction of a home that was to be our "forever home" as we retired to Sullivan County NY. I will provide updates as our home nears completion - but if you are looking for a quality, reliable builder - Martell is your answer.
