Martell Home Builders built our home in Forestburgh, N.Y. in 2018. They worked closely with us to plan and design the house according to our ideas and budget. The house is well built and very attractive. Martell has always been very responsive to any issues that needed to be addressed. Recently, we used them to construct a new back deck extension which came out great. I would highly recommend Martell Home Builders.

We love our home in Woodbourne, NY. We've lived here for only 6 months, but are happy with the follow-up service so far and confident about the 10 year warranty. Their carpenters Bruce and Sherry are amazing! They built everything from framing to kitchen install and trim work. We really enjoyed watching them work, and their creative solutions to things that came up during the build. Project manager Eva was onsite almost daily during busy times. She responded promptly to any questions, and is still doing so with questions that we have now. 5 stars for quality and staff. My 4 star is for timing.
