I am a rare reviewer, but have had the genuine pleasure of attending Claire's classes at Meadowlark on recent Fridays. I arrive at her classes tense and anxious, and leave open and centered. She's a fantastic teacher and I'm excited to continue practicing with her.

Claire is a phenomenal teacher and has created a wonderful space around her. All of her staff is wonderful as well. Check out her schedule for open air classes on our journey back to the studio!

Claire and all of the Shala instructors are absolutely the best. Each class is thoughtfully created and delivered with ease and peace. My time on my mat with them is always the best part of my day.
