my parents used Burts for years and they were always great, would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. and the office staff as well as the service staff were always so nice and helpful to my parents. ?

Our heat went out at 5pm. Originally called another company - they said that I needed a new boiler and left me without heat. I called Burts and they arrived 30 mins later. Fixed the problem with the controller within 25 mins. Thank you so much for saving us Jeff!!!!!
