State of the Art Wood Floor Gallery

Eric and his team at SOTA have been fantastic. They installed new engineered rift and quartered white oak flooring over radiant heating (Warm Board) and maneuvered around tiled surfaces as well as steel railings. Then, they re-finished and stained existing red oak flooring to match the new white oak. No matter the challenge, Eric had a solution. And, he was flexible, communicative and very friendly throughout. He and his guys are great -- we recommend them highly.

Such professional and high quality service! I was beyond pleased with the work done in my condo (all my floors were replaced). Everything was completed on time and within budget, and I can’t recommend Eric and his wonderful team at SOTA more highly!

Eric and his team came into our historic house and did a beautiful job with our wonderful--but very challenging--heart of pine floors. He was super-attentive to getting the stain color just right, doing multiple test patches with different finishes. He worked to match colors on the random planks that were a different wood type, sanded carefully to take off a little of the floor as possible, and re-did the stairs when the work from another contractor caused problems. He was also very fair about his charges for the extra work caused by problems that were not of his making. He's also a good communicator, who stayed in touch with me as the work progressed.
