Asked them for a quote and they hung up on me, when I tried to call back I was my call was picked up and instantly hung up on. Horrible service wouldn’t ever use again.Service: General wildlife removal

Avoid this business and don't take seriously any promise that they will actually show up. We had an appointment with Premier for some time between 9am and noon and after calling them repeatedly was informed (at 12:30 pm, 30 minutes after the end of the window they provided) that it should be another two hours, maybe more, maybe less. While that was unreasonable and infuriating, what was worse is that they were entirely unconcerned about the fact that they weren't showing up as promised.

Well, where do I begin. I had an emergency situation with a termite swarm inside my house with guests staying. Elizabeth came to my rescue - she was truly my lifeline! Elizabeth promptly went to work dispatching her best exterminator to my home. She stayed in constant contact with me from morning through late afternoon until emergency was resolved.
