The team at IAC Moldbusters was excellent! They were so professional and clean. I never realized that my HVAC unit and vents needed to be cleaned every two years. There was about 3” of dust in them. My family always suffered from allergies and since we had them cleaned, our allergies improved. Their pricing is good and I would recommend them.

Rob Sindone and the IAC team are stellar. I had an unknown and hidden animal invasion at my house in WHB. I first called in an exterminating company but within a few days the scope proved beyond their expertise and I contacted Rob Sindone at IAC. Unfortunately for me, the situation was far worse than I could have imagined and as I quickly became versed on the extent of the damage raccoons can cause, Rob supported me with all the Insurance inspections and any additional trades I needed to get the house cleaned, disinfected and habitable.
