Terrible Experience - Avoid This Salon at All Costs!

I visited this salon last wednesday and had an awful experience with a worker named Shanti. She completely messed up my hair. I initially asked about the price for hair coloring and highlights before coming in. Shanti told me she would need to see my hair first.

After my haircut, I asked again about the price for highlights. She said she needed to apply the color first to give me a quote. I told her it wasn’t my first time getting highlights and that other salons always provide pricing beforehand, but she insisted she had to apply the chemical first. Terrible Experience - Avoid This Salon at All Costs! I visited this salon last wednesday and had an awful experience with a worker named Shanti. She completely messed up my hair. I initially asked about the price for hair coloring and highlights before coming in. Shanti told me she would need to see my hair first. After my haircut, I asked again about the price for highlights. She said she needed to apply the color first to give me a quote. I told her it wasn't my first time getting highlights and that other salons always provide pricing beforehand, but she insisted she had to apply the chemical first. How can anyone agree to a service without knowing the cost? Despite my reservations, she started cutting my hair. I told her I didn't want highlights today and would come back next week. Instead of respecting my decision, she forcefully applied the color to my hair and wouldn't let us leave. She claimed she had canceled two highlight appointments for me, even though we never booked highlights in the first place--we just wanted a price estimate! After ruining my hair, she finally told me the cost was $500 but offered to do it for $400. This is absurd! I've had much better hair coloring experiences elsewhere for a fraction of the price. This was my last visit to this salon, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. The unprofessionalism and poor service are unacceptable.

The old laser technician talks too much and she gives advise I didn’t ask for. Upon entering she told me to wash my face from an old sink with dish soap.Her prices are way too expensive compare to other places in the neighborhood.She doesn’t had much experience with gay clients. I would not be returning.
