Terrible customer service, the receptionist was extremely rude as if she wasn’t there to serve the patients. Won’t be coming back and will never recommend to anyone that needs physical therapy.

I have had an excellent experience with all staff and doctors. They all communicate and callaborate effectivity to treat pain for long term. Patients must be committed to working towards the same goal and make the best of the long pain management treatment, if not short term. Currently going and have had great results.

i don't often give reviews but I can not get this place off my mind! I went to this office today after making an appointment Monday! When I get there The receptionist says she wasn't able to get authorization for services but she would see if I can still get Therapy. I told her I was told that they will get authorization b4 my visit and if there was a problem they would let me know. Her response "we had other things to do"?. I continued to be polite because I was there to get help with my pain. I was put into a room a man comes tells me lay on my back hooks up machine to my shoulder puts towels on top of my sweater and tells me he'll be back, he comesback in about 5...read full review
