service is ok, but communication is very poor , emailed 2 weeks no reply, called few times final someone answered said will get back to me end of the day, but he never did, and this is very basic for all businesses.
Anand Financial delivers the best service in Queens. His staff is professional, fast and efficient. Covid guidelines are strictly followed and the girl in front is on top of it ! She will tell you like it is, as she should. (We are still in a pandemic and tax season is in full effect, so cool ya self.) Anand is a pleasant man and is extremely knowledgeable. Even though I had some screw ups on my taxes from payroll, Anand made me feel very comfortable by explaining and breaking down the issues. See you again in 2022 !
