New Horizon Counseling Center is described as having wonderful people who give good advice. Therapists are noted for being kind, patient, warm, inviting, wholesome, and nonjudgmental. They help clients push to be their best possible selves on a healthy mental health journey. The service inspires some to enter the field themselves. The receptionist is also noted as not giving clients a hard time.

I had Mariam Salami as a therapist and she was a really great therapist. My mom and I was a bit skeptical with the reviews on google about this place and I was new to therapy but having her as a therapist really helped me accomplished my goals. Once I accomplished all of my goals and some she successfully discharged me I was sad but it was needed. She told me if I ever needed help feel free to come back to therapy but I know with all the skills I acquired from her I might not need be back. If you’re a teen and need a good therapist ask for her. She’s young and full of energy. You always leave her office with a smile on your face.
I used to go there for about 1 year back in 2004 or so. The therapist I had was Bob. Bob helped me to get my first job and now I am in college trying to be a Psychotherapist, as he inspired me, and I would like to help others. I don't know about the other therapists, but, Bob was the best and he was very kind, patient and was never judgmental at all. I never interacted with anyone else there except the receptionist, who didn't really give me a hard time. Perhaps he left because he saw what other patients are complaining about. I don't know.
