I have been in search for 500+ square feet worth of carpet for one of my rental units. Today, I was reaching out to almost 15 local businesses, both big box stores and local "ma and pops" stores, in search of the best deal I could find. Long story short, I could not be more impressed with this business. Out of all of the businesses I stopped by today, Kellogg's has won my business for the foreseeable future for MANY reasons. The sales rep I spoke to over the phones had just stepped out when I visited later that day. The owner of the store stepped up and personally assisted me and was a great guy. My family has purchased from this business in the past, and I will continue to do the same. This is a business built on integrity. The owner spent well over an hour assisting me in store answering endless questions and guiding me through the process. He was able to help me find a carpet that was best suited for my needs, kept it within my budget, and exceeded my expectations. I WILL NOT work with ANY other business after my experience here. I hope I can be as beneficial to this local business as they will be to mine. Thank you!!!
