Bedford Lock And Key
“I can’t say enough good things about Anthony at Bedford Lock and Key. He did a flawless job installing all the locks and new hardware in my parents home, but what meant the most was the care he showed. When I explained that I was making these changes because my father was recently diagnosed with dementia, Anthony didn’t just nod and move on, he listened, he understood, and he treated the situation with genuine kindness.
It’s rare to find someone who is both highly professional and deeply compassionate, but Anthony is exactly that. His work was excellent, and his empathy made a difficult day a little easier.
If you need a locksmith who not only knows his craft but also shows up as a kind human being, call Anthony at Bedford Lock and Key, I highly recommend him. Thanks again, Anthony!
Stay well, Rosie Jacobs”

“Friendly and helpful staff, and was able to make a copy of a key that the big box stores could not with their automated machines.”
