Tara is a miracle worker! This summer I developed migraine headaches. I woke up with a headache and went to bed with a headache - every day. I saw my GP who administered trigger point injections weekly for one month as well as prescribed meds, and also saw a neurologist who ordered MRIs and gave different meds which did not work. After 2 acupuncture treatments, my headaches were gone! I have not had one since! I continue to see Tara for neck issues and she is an exceptional acupuncturist who works with you to manage your pain. She is kind, caring and highly knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend Tara for whatever your need may be.

My experience with Tara physically, mentally and emotionally has been nothing short of amazing. I train Muay Thai and boxing and have been suffering and training with pain for a very long time. Tara gave me back my life with pain free training, even when physical therapy, chiropractor and everything else was exhausted and I was sure I just had to live with it. Dr. Almquist is fantastic at what she does. I went in with bad back pain at the start of the year and have been seeing her (almost) weekly ever since. My pain died down with each session and is almost completely gone. Acupuncture is also just amazing for relaxing and realigning yourself, on top of the fact that you can actually heal your physical pain. Highly recommend.
