I have to break this review into 2 parts: the first being about communication and responsibility by the company, and the second part is about the workmanship of the crew that did the 2 projects that we contracted for with PJ Fitzpatrick. To start with was the communication in start dates and completion. The person in charge of setting up the dates and ensuring that the needed supplies for the project, Joe was on top of it 100%. He told us the time that the crew would be there and that the project would take 2 days with a possible need for a 3rd. EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!!! After researching different windows and installers, we were confident that P.J.Fitzpatrick was the most qualified installers and that their windows were the best quality at a fair price. The installers took pride in their work and cleaned up beautifully. They replaced our flimsy outdoor window trims with their trim. What a difference that made!!! Steve followed up to make sure everything was to our liking. We are so happy with the noise reduction the windiws provide and we look forward to the savings in our heating costs. Thank you Steve and crew for a job well done. Frank and Sandy

Good people, and probably a good product. However their advertising is misleading. They claim to be very affordable and even advertise on social media platforms that they are very reasonably priced. However once they got to my house their prices were just as high as all the other companies.
