I got my new tank and pump installed by Donny over two years ago and it’s been great. Customer service after installation for anything that might go wrong is always prompt. I couldn’t recommend them more if you’re in need of water services.

We were referred to Donny by a friend, as we just purchased a house that had a terrible water smell, and actually was stinking up one of the bathrooms closest to the old water system, even without the water running! Quote & install of the new water filtration system was a seamless process. Pricing is fair/reasonable. Highly recommend!

I was so happy to find Donny/Upstate NY Water Treatment via a Google search!! After finding Upstate, and local to me, I called and got voicemail, so I left a message at about 4:00 on day and my call was returned about 6 the same day and scheduled me in for 2 days later (as it was not an emergency). Donny was there on scheduled time and was polite and professional. Donny works on Blake Water Systems, which is what I have, and he was able to evaluate my system and knew exactly what part it needed and said he had an order coming mid next week.
