Michael and his team are great. He advised us on preparing the house for the market, referred us to excellent people to help and continued his support after the sale with moving assistance and getting the house ready for the new owners. There were some issues with how the house was described on the deed; Michael had the contacts and got it resolved. Michael knows the Capital District well. We benefitted from his decades of experience. He did an exceptional job marketing the property - the house sold for $65K over the asking price, And most importantly, Michael is easy to work with and reliable. He goes the extra mile. I view him as a good friend.
